Meet the owner
I got into RV repair working for another company. I loved the work — every rig is different, with its own systems, options and stories behind it. After a few years of work and classes, I didn't like some of what I saw: the attitude toward the work, and the idea that what the customer doesn't know won't hurt them.
So I started Phread to do it my way. Good work is what you do when nobody is watching. I won't charge you just because I showed up, I don't mark up parts, and I'm not a salesman — I tell you what's going on and what your options are.
